Frequently Asked Questions

We focus on small- and medium-batch CNC projects and repeat orders. One-off prototypes can also be reviewed. There is no fixed minimum; order acceptance, pricing and lead time depend on the drawing, material, tolerances and quantity.
STEP (.step, .stp), IGES, SLDPRT (SolidWorks), STL, PDF with dimensioned drawings, DXF, and DWG. If you have another format, just ask – we likely can open it. Include material, quantity, and tolerance notes for a faster quote.
Aluminum (6061, 7075, 5052), stainless steel (304, 316), carbon steel, brass, copper, titanium, and engineering plastics (POM, PEEK, nylon, PTFE, ABS, PC). Complementary surface finishing is coordinated through trusted local suppliers. If you need a specific grade, just ask.
Production and transit timing depend on the drawing, material, quantity, finishing, inspection requirements, carrier, and destination. Every quote states a planned production and shipping schedule for that order. Timelines begin after we receive payment, final files, and your approvals, so the schedule in your accepted quotation governs – see our Terms and Conditions.
Yes. Every order includes dimensional inspection with photos. We use calibrated calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment. Material certifications (mill certs), surface finish measurements, and packing photos are available on request.
We inspect every part before shipping and send QC photos for your approval. If you believe a delivered part does not conform to the specifications confirmed for your order, tell us in writing within the notice period stated in your quotation – or within ten business days of receipt if the quotation does not state one. For a validated claim we will, at our option, rework, replace, credit, or refund the affected parts, as set out in our Terms and Conditions. We would rather solve a problem than pass it on to you.
