Custom CNC Milling Services
Custom CNC Milling Services for Prototypes & Low-Volume Parts
Send a STEP, STP, IGES, PDF or DXF drawing for 3-, 4- or 5-axis milling of housings, brackets and other complex parts. An engineer reviews manufacturability, tolerances and inspection needs, then returns a clear quote within 24 hours.
Engineering-Led Manufacturing
More than machine time. A practical route from CAD file to inspected part.
Reliable CNC milling services start before the first toolpath. We review feature access, internal radii, wall thickness, bore relationships, cosmetic surfaces and inspection requirements before production.
The objective is straightforward: protect the function of your design while avoiding tolerances or setups that add cost without adding value.
- 01Direct communication with one project contact
- 02DFM feedback before production begins
- 03Inspection matched to drawing risk

Milling Capabilities
CNC Milling Services for Every Geometry
Machine selection and workholding are planned around feature access, dimensional relationships, batch size and the surfaces that matter most.
3-Axis Milling
Efficient production for plates, brackets, pockets, hole patterns and straightforward prismatic parts.
4-Axis Milling
Rotary access for features around cylindrical parts and reduced setup changes.
5-Axis Milling
Complex faces, angled features and critical relationships reached in fewer setups.
Prototype and Low Volume
One-off verification parts, pilot builds and repeat small batches with retained project records.
Complex Geometry
Control the features that define performance
Complex housings and structural components often combine several tolerance relationships. We identify the dimensions that influence assembly, motion, sealing and repeatability.
Bores and Interfaces
Bearing seats, locating bores, hole patterns and mating faces reviewed as connected features.
Thin Walls and Deep Pockets
Tool access, vibration, deformation and internal corner radii considered during DFM.
Cosmetic Surfaces
Handling, tool marks and finishing requirements identified before machining.

Materials and Finishes
Material choices matched to function and finish
Material grade, geometry and condition affect machinability, tolerance and surface appearance. Every CNC milling services RFQ is reviewed against the drawing.
| Aluminum | 6061, 6082, 7075 and other grades upon review |
|---|---|
| Stainless Steel | 303, 304, 316 and 17-4PH upon review |
| Engineering Steel | Carbon and alloy steels for strength and wear requirements |
| Copper Alloys | Brass and copper for electrical, thermal and mechanical parts |
| Engineering Plastics | POM, PA, PC, ABS, PEEK and other machinable plastics |
| Finishing | Anodizing, blasting, polishing, plating, passivation and coating |

Project Workflow
From RFQ to repeat production
One team follows the project through clarification, machining, inspection and shipment. Clear information at the RFQ stage helps shorten quotation time and reduce production risk.
Upload Drawings
Send 3D files, dimensioned drawings, material, quantity, finish and delivery target.
DFM and Quote
We review critical features, manufacturability, inspection requirements and commercial details.
Machining and Inspection
Parts are produced with in-process checks and final verification against the approved drawing.
Delivery and Repeat Orders
Approved parts are protected for shipment and project records retained for future batches.
Supported files: STEP, STP, IGES, X_T, SLDPRT, PDF and DWG. All tolerances and lead times are subject to engineering review.
Frequently Asked Questions
Before you send an RFQ
Include critical dimensions, cosmetic surfaces and inspection requirements on the drawing whenever possible.
What information is needed for a CNC milling quote?
Please provide a 3D model, a dimensioned 2D drawing when tolerances are important, material, quantity, surface finish and target delivery date. Mark critical dimensions and cosmetic surfaces clearly.
Can you support prototypes and repeat production?
Yes. The workflow can support one-off verification parts, pilot builds and recurring low-volume orders. Inspection and process controls are adjusted to the risk and quantity of each project.
When should a part use 5-axis machining?
Five-axis machining is useful when angled features must be reached in fewer setups or when reducing setup changes improves positional relationships. It is selected when it provides a clear technical or commercial benefit.
How tight can CNC milling tolerances be?
Critical features may be held to ±0.01 mm where material, geometry, feature size and measurement access allow. Every tight tolerance is reviewed before quotation. If your drawing uses a general tolerance standard, identify the edition and tolerance class; see ISO 2768-1.
Can you provide inspection reports?
Inspection documentation can be prepared according to project requirements. Include first-article, dimensional report or traceability requirements in the RFQ so they can be included in the quotation.
